Billing and Shipping
Once funds have been received, we will ship your item within 2 working days. Postage within the UK is included in the price, with postage discounts offered for Europe and the US.
Returns Policy
As we make our products from scratch, and with the items being tailored and designed specifically from your order, we cannot offer refunds without a warranted reason.

Refunds will be issued if you receive a defective/faulty item. We will issue the refund for the defective item once we receive the item back (the item has to be in the original condition unused, undamaged and with no signs of wear).
